I’m so tired and decided to redraw my old sketch with Eighth and Sam Jones - i’m currently read The Bodysnatchers and little by little starting to like Sam and desperately wanting to have more arts with Doctor and Sam:)) Qiuckly and rough, but i lke the result (and anyway, i have no vigor to color this or just draw this properly:))))
ok so my favoutire eighth dr story right now is the year of intelligent tigers just so u know
- a tiger plays the violin
- the dr spends 20% of the plot passive aggressively playing the violin and the other 80% pretending to be a tiger
- its written in the same format as the dr’s violin playing idk how it just is
- “tigerologist”
- yeah I totally ripped that goose thing off of that oops
- the tigers are actually lizards idk how they were like. featherd reptiles or something that just looked like tigers
- what the hell
- the dr goes into the avatar state at the end
- a tiger tries to eat fitz but I think it got tangled in some guitar wires and electrocuted and then fitz made a pun about it
- I don’t kno w if I should spoil the pun it was pretty perfect
- it was ”death by culture shock”
- I think the dr was screwing some guy named karl I don’t remember
- fitz was jealous
- the whole thing was really gay
- gay music nerds
- and anji
- I think there was a dragon
- also tigers
- yeah

Bringing this back because there’s a 20000+ notes post going around, which claims the Doctor never had great times on Gallifrey.
And I know that post is meant as a joke, but for anyone taking it seriously for some reason… just listen to this little audio clip. The Doctor had friends and family on Gallifrey. Tutors and classmates. Hobbies and pets and adventures. It was his home.
This is far from the only example of peaceful, harmonious Gallifreyan life, but I’ll bet it’s the sweetest.
