imagine jim having to finish up some paperwork after his shift so he tells spock to go on to bed, he’ll be there soon, and when he finishes he strides into their room fully expecting spock to be awake since he usually is, but he stops short at the sight of spock curled up on their bed, fast asleep, only wearing one of jim’s old starfleet academy shirts and his own boxers, and hes hugging jims pillow to his chest and jims heart just melts entirely
